Rajshri Pictures (P) Ltd, the film distribution division of Rajshri, has 19 offices, which cover every nook and corner of the country providing a wide and penetrating reach to all its films.
Rajshri's film distribution wing was established on August 15, 1947 at the dawn of India's independence. Tarachand Barjatya was instrumental in bringing prominent South Indian film producers into mainstream Hindi film production. He distributed many of their epoch making Hindi films all over India, starting with Gemini's Chandralekha-the biggest hit of its time.
Over the years, besides distributing its own films, Rajshri has distributed many of the top box-office hits from Mumbai and the South including Chandralekha, Nishan, Sansaar, Bahar, Ladki, Azad, Baiju Bawra, Choti Bahen, Sasural, Beti-Bete, Jeene Ki Raah, Raja Aur Rank, Milan.

Rajshri's leadership position is further enhanced by the firm's keen interest in regional cinema.Nashibachi Aaisi Taishi (Marathi),Sivaji – the boss (Tamil), Valu (Marathi) are some of the regional films recently distributed by Rajshri.
